Our current returns policy is within 15 days and must be accompanied with proof of purchase.All monies shall be returned when the goods are returned in perfect condition with original packaging intact.If for any reason the goods are defective or faulty we shall offer a refund of monies or a replacement.You may return the Product to us or cancel the entitlement to services and obtain a refund of the price of the returned Product if all of the above is provided. Once 15 days has passed we shall issue a credit note with 3 months validity.We cannot accept unused credit notes after 3 months under any circumstances.
If an item is sold as part of a product combination (bundle) in which other products are offered for free or at a discount compared to their normal price, the bundled product must at our request be returned with the product purchased. We reserve the right to raise an invoice in respect of any free or discounted bundles product not so returned.
If an item was supplied in error, is incomplete or faulty and you believe that you are entitled to a replacement, please contact us at email@example.com or visit the store in person.
If you have received the ordered item(s) and have simply changed your mind about purchasing it, you may return the item(s) or entitlement to Service to us for a credit note.In certain circumstances if the order was an article/s specifically ordered for you we are unable to accept a return or refund.We shall always aim to acomodate our clients however so come visit us to see if we can help.
Please note that while the item(s) remain in your possession you are under a duty to ensure that the item(s) are kept safe and secure.We also check all items before leaving the shop to ensure their suitable condition and we do not accept responsability for goods once removed from the shop premises.
